Description

The County is seeking an engineering consultant to provide testing and expertise, input, and advice, orally, and by report on an as needed basis for specified County projects and provide:

• materials testing for quality assurance and review for conformance with projects contract specifications;
• quality assurance test results, in a timely fashion;
• consulting services and recommendations; and
• geotechnical investigations and reporting.
The County has numerous yearly projects that require materials testing and geotechnical recommendations. The projects originate out of various County departments and projects vary from large roadway reconstruction projects to smaller single test projects.
