Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 13 February 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Notice of proposed procurement (NPP) Supply Arrangement E60PI-23AGNT B is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation. Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada has a requirement for the purchase of: the services of a firm to act on their behalf (“Subscription Agent”) for (1) the acquisition of subscriptions to publications of all types and in all media, including but not limited to traditional print material that may be added to the physical holdings of a library, as well as electronic content hosted remotely by a publisher, (2) the delivery, management, and related support of said subscriptions and (3) access to the Electronic Resource Management Platform.
Anticipated start date: February 2024 Proposed contract period: the proposed contract period is one year from contract award date. In addition, there are two (2) one-year option periods.
The following SA holders havebeen invited to submit a proposal: 1) EBSCO Canada LTD.
