Scanning the internet (web scraping) for the availability and use of illicit psychoactive substances
Health Canada has a requirement for proposal that identifies a business opportunity for the successful proponent to scan the internet (web scraping) for the availability and monitoring of
illegal psychoactive substances to suport Health Canada’s survillance and monitoring activities for drugs.
The project will be starting April 1st, 2024 and will end on March 31st, 2028. The Contractor must provide monthly reports and data deliverables to the Project Authority on the last Friday of
every month (with the exception of the final month of the project, where the deliverables will be due March 24, 2028) in an electronic format.
The estimated value of this requirement is between $0 and $2,000,000.
