Fire Damper repairs Scope to include the following:
 Repair/replace ductwork and/or ductwork supports for proper securing of fire
damper (FD)
 Create room/access to insure proper FD testing and operation.
 Repair and replace FD as needed.
 Adjust linkages and clamps as required.
 Unfold or repair tabs, angle dampers, sleeves as required.
 Correct fire caulking and silicone as required.
 Ensure all existing fire ratings are maintained and ensure all gaps and joints are
fire stopped taped and sealed
