Description

The CVRD is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors for the provision of Curbside Garbage Collection services of residential refuse and recycling in Royston, BC and in the Village of Cumberland.

The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide the CVRD and Village of Cumberland (together the “Municipalities”) with Curbside Waste Collection Services. The Municipalities are seeking to select one experienced, qualified contractor to enter into two separate contracts with both Municipalities.

The Municipalities have agreed to undertake this RFP together, with the CVRD leading the procurement and administering, managing and overseeing the RFP on behalf of the Municipalities.
