The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services with respect to Cone Beam CT Replacement (the “Project”).

The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor consultant. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and code.

Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for projects acute-care above $150,000 are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for acute care above $150,000 projects.

The Authority has made arrangements for site visits for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. Attendance at the site visits is optional but highly encouraged.
