Description

The County of St. Paul (the “County”) is seeking tenders for the mowing of County road allowances (the “Work”) during the summer of 2024 and 2025. The Work shall not begin prior to July 15th and shall be largely completed prior to September 14th in each year of the agreement.

One pass shoulder cut to be completed on approximately 1559.88 kilometers of municipal roadside. This pass shall commence in Division 6 and move in general numerical order through divisions to Division 1. In 2025 the order of mowing may be switched to start in Division 1 and move to Division 6.

An additional pass with two pass shoulder cuts to be completed on approximately 650.64 kilometers of municipal roadside as indicated on the attached map bi-annually. This pass shall commence in Division 1 and move in general numerical order through divisions to Division 6. In 2025 the order of mowing may be switched to start in Division 1 and move to Division 6.

Tenderers must meet the minimum specifications for the Work. The service provided shall include and demonstrate the capacity to undertake the safe mowing of County road allowances adjacent to the outlined roadways on a scheduled basis.
