Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Municipal District of Greenview No. 16 (“the Municipality”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Greenview Seasonal Beautification as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Municipality is seeking proposals for annual flower species to be planted in various holders, that include but are not limited to baskets, barrels, and pots along with, soil and slow-release fertilizer. The Municipality takes a lot of pride in their beautification work throughout the municipality, as such, it is paramount that all species of flowers will grow in the correct plant hardiness zone and are ready for planting and display upon arrival.
