Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary (The City) on behalf of Calgary Police Service (CPS) is seeking skilled contractors to provide painting, wall preparation and wall covering installation service and repairs for all City and CPS facilities at various locations within Calgary. The primary service requirement is interior; however, exterior service may be required on occasion. The Preferred Proponent is required to provide all supervision, labour, tools, safety equipment and incidentals necessary to complete all assigned work.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The City intends to enter into an Agreement(s) for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a Term of six (6) year(s). After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional two (2) year terms for a potential total term of six (6) years.
