The project aims to install proximity sensors and modify the door strikes as required to the existing six (6) accessible doors in the base building , including 5 in the base building bedrooms including the one in the accessible shower, and the 1 rear exterior door for the wheelchair/walker access. These updates are to improve accessibility and comply with applicable standards and codes such as the latest version of the NBCC and the CSA B651-23 Accessibility Design for Built Environment. Coordinate on-site to determine and confirm exact locations and quantities prior to commencement of work and report any irregularities to BGIS
