MEDICAL AND SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES



This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of supply, delivery, installation, implementation, service, warranty and personnel training for one (1) state of the art MRI System 1.5 tesla large bore with optional Cardiac Capabilities for the Medical Imaging Department at Campbellton Regional Hospital for the Vitalité Health Network & one (1) state of the art MRI System 1.5 tesla large bore
with Cardiac Capabilities for Upper River Valley Hospital (URVH) for the Horizon Health Network as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the "Deliverables"). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Procurement Act and regulations thereunder, and in the event of conflict between the provisions of the RFP and the overarching legislation, the latter will prevail over the conflicting provision of the RFP.

This is a tender notice only. In order to submit a bid, you must obtain official tender documents from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, another authorized tendering service or as indicated in the tender notice.
Solicitation documents will be provided in either of the Province of New Brunswick"s two official languages; English or French upon request.
