Description

This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

The City of Calgary ( The City) is seeking proposals from experienced Proponents for a solution with capabilities to supply, implement, and support Fixed License Plate Recognition (LPR), Mobile LPR, and Handheld LPR systems that can meet or exceed City’s current needs and allow for potential future expansion in parking garages, surface parking lots, mobile patrols (in vehicles, on e-bikes and on foot), and other potential future applications.

The City intends to enter into an Agreement with one Proponent for the provision of all components as described above.

The Agreement will be for an initial Term of five (5) years includes a PoC up to twelve (12) months.

After the initial term, the Agreement may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year term, each time to a potential total maximum term of nine (9) years.
