F156-00 Electrical Engineering Services
to the Royal Columbian Hospital Fire Alarm System Upgrade Project

Document Number: 02NOI23-DVT

Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to enter into an agreement with HH Angus and Associates Ltd. for the Royal Columbian Hospital Fire Alarm System Upgrade Project.
The estimated value of this contract is $78,750.00 - plus expenses and tax. FH has chosen not to complete a public request for proposal process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons:

• HH Angus and Associates Ltd. has extensive knowledge and experience in managing similar upgrades for Royal Columbian Hospital.
• HH Angus and Associates Ltd. has immediate availability of resources to commence the full scope of work and complete it within the required timeframe.
• HH Angus and Associates Ltd. is registered and complies with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations.
• HH Angus and Associates Ltd. is a prequalified professional engineer consultant by FM Procurement for project range from $150k to $5M.
• HH Angus and Associates Ltd. has comprehensive Commercial General Liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000.00 inclusive per occurrence against bodily injury, personal injury and property damage
• HH Angus and Associates Ltd. has Professional Liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than $500,000.00
• 
  Consultants may challenge this decision by sending an email to Elizabeth Zhu by December 9, 2023– 15:00 hours local time.
  Provide proof showing your qualification, workplan, insurance coverage, bonding coverage and worksafe BC clearance letter related to the requirements defined in this NOI. Only challenges from qualified consultants will be reviewed.
