NOI: 4302 – Job Sponsorship Services
Issued: November 29, 2023

Notice is hereby given by Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC), of their intent to directly award a contract with the following Supplier to provide Job Sponsorship Services.

Indeed Canada Corp.
2 Bloor West, 12th Floor
Toronto, Ontario M4W 3E2

Rationale:
ICBC is looking to direct award a contract for Job Sponsorship Services to Indeed Canada Corp. for 1 year, with a total value of $ 92,200 plus taxes. The contract is based on the following aspects that the supplier can provide:

• Global reach over of 300 million candidates;
• A resume database of approximately 9.1m active and passive candidates;
• 9.4m candidates visit Indeed’s website monthly; and
• Indeed proactively pushes ICBC roles to potential candidates and has algorithms to increase visibility across both Indeed and Glassdoor platforms.
• Contract includes:
  ICBC intends to award to Indeed Canada Corp. the contract to provide Job Sponsorship Services that includes:
• Sponsored jobs monthly campaigns; and
• Featured employer branding.
• The contract term is expected to end December 30, 2024.
  
  Suppliers wishing to object to this direct award should email a letter of objection by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 to sourcing@icbc.com presenting specific reasons and their pricing for the objection.
