Description

AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2024-12-14 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a immediate operational requirement to procure four (4) Handheld High Pressure Mass Spectrometry (HPMS) systems for the detection of vapour, aerosols, liquid and solids from trace to bulk values for narcotics, explosives and Chemical Warfare Agents (CWA). The requirement also includes one (1)entity software license necessary for operation of al HPMS systems as well as a training course for up to ten (10) participants,which must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements and the mandatory evaluation criteria.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31st, 2024.A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
