1.Perform repairs to damaged brick veneer and mortar around detachment exterior. Work to include replacing damaged brick masonry as required and repoint all around exterior..
2. Replace currently installed windows - approximately 65 windows. Install new window flashings along window ledge to prevent water infiltration.
3. Exterior walkways, stairs and retaining wall to be re-constructed.
4. Repair/removal of the leaky conduit running through the building foundation
