Съгласно раздел III, т. 4 от Договора, при промяна на нормативно определения размер на минималната заплата за страната, цените на договора се индексират съобразно предложените параметри на офертата на Изпълнителя, за което страните подписват допълнително споразумение, съгласно условията на чл. 116 от ЗОП.

Съгласно раздел III, т. 4 от Договора, при промяна на нормативно определения размер на минималната работна заплата за страната, цените по договора се индексират съобразно предложените параметри в офертата на Изпълнителя, за което страните подписват допълнително споразумение при условията и реда на чл. 116 от ЗОП.
