Във връзка с вливането на изпълнителя по Рамково споразумение № УД-03-68/08.12.2020 г. „ДРЕГЕР СЕЙФТИ БЪЛГАРИЯ“ ЕООД, ЕИК 131351653 в „ДРЕГЕР МЕДИКАЛ БЪЛГАРИЯ“ ЕООД, ЕИК 040463419, което при вливането е преименувано на „ДРЕГЕР БЪЛГАРИЯ“ ЕООД, ЕИК 040463419, и с което вливане „ДРЕГЕР СЕЙФТИ БЪЛГАРИЯ“ ЕООД прекратява съществуването си като юридическо лице, като цялото имущество (вкл. всички договори, активи и пасиви) на „ДРЕГЕР СЕЙФТИ БЪЛГАРИЯ“ ЕООД преминава към „ДРЕГЕР БЪЛГАРИЯ“ ЕООД и на основание чл. 116, ал.1, т.5 от ЗОП.
