Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Производството на „ТЕЦ Марица изток 2“ ЕАД е намалено, което води до значително по-малкото натоварване на съоръженията. В тази връзка подмяната на голяма част от предвидените за доставка лагери и лагерни тела по договора не е с неотложна необходимост за производствения процес и ремонтния график, и може да бъде отложена за 2024г.

Поради гореизложеното е необходимо срокът за изпълнение на договора, посочен в Раздел II, чл.4, да бъде удължен с шест месеца /до 14.06.2024г./ или до изчерпване на стойността, което от двете събития настъпи по-рано.
