Предмет на договора е изпълнение на инвестиционни проекти по водопроводната мрежа, на територията на Столична община – Зона 1. Място на изпълнение: територията на Столична община, Зона 1.

Зона 1 обхваща територията на следните общински райони: Район ”Витоша”, Район „Младост”, Район „Студентски”, Район „Лозенец”, Район „Триадица”, Район „Красно село” , и Район „Овча купел”.

В случай на необходимост, на Изпълнителя може да му бъдат възложени обекти извън територията на мястото на изпълнение, предмет на договора, но на територията на Столична община.

На Изпълнителя не са гарантирани количества и продължителност на дейностите.
