Чл. 2 „Настоящият договор влиза в сила от момента на неговото сключване и е със срок до 09.11.2024 г., до достигане на финансовия ресурс по договора, или до сключване на нов договор със същия предмет след сключване на ново Рамково споразумение от ЦОП, което от обстоятелствата настъпи първо.

Рег. № 04-06-266/09.10.2023 г. от ЦОП при Министерство на финансите във връзка с изтичане срока на Рамково споразумение № СПОР-9/09.05.2022 г., докладна записка рег. № 04-06-266/18.10.2023 г., липса на сключено допълнително споразумение към Рамково споразумение № СПОР-9/09.05.2022 г. и ново сключено Рамково споразумение със същия предмет, неизразходвани суми по договор № РД11-03-25/19.09.2022 г. и необходимостта от обезпечаване нуждите на Министерство на културата с тонери и други консумативи за печат за копирни и печатащи устройства.
