Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Допълнително споразумение №5 от 25.08.2023 г. - на основание чл.117а, ал.1 от ЗОП и Методиката за изменение на цената на договор за обществена поръчка в резултат на инфлация, приета с Постановление № 290/27.09.2022 г. на Министерски съвет на Република България договорната цена за изпълнение на договор №6567/03.10.2019 г. се увеличава с 7 825164,30 лв. без ДДС и се променя, като от 189 672 910,97 лв. без ДДС става 197 498 075,27 лв. без ДДС. Изпълнителят представя допълнителна гаранция за обезпечаване на изпълнението в съответствие с изменението.
