„На основание чл. 116, ал. 1, т. 3, чл. 113, ал. 3, т. 1 от ЗОП, Допълнително споразумение № 1/23.01.2023 г. към Рамково споразумение № СПОР-4/12.03.2021 г., одобрена от министъра на културата докладна записка № 24-00-55/06.02.2023 г., като страните се споразумяха за следното изменение на сключения помежду им договор № РД11-03-64/30.12.2021 г.“.
