Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Към датата на сключване на споразумението са налице предпоставките на чл. 116, ал. 1, т. 3 ЗОП и на основание чл. 117а от ЗОП във връзка с ПМС № 290 от 27.09.2022 г. за приемане на Методика за изменение на цената на договор за обществена поръчка в резултат на инфлация (Обн., ДВ, бр. 78 от 30.09.2022 г., в сила от 30.09.2022 г.).
