VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

С оглед на предвидената в т. 10.1.5. и т. 10.1.6. от Договора възможност за погасяване на част или цялата дължима сума по данъчната основа на издадени фактури по т. 4.1.2. от договора, с Доп. спор. 2 се изменят текста на т.1 от Доп.спор. 1, съответно на т. 3.5. и т. 3.5.1. от Договора, като оскъпяването във връзка с разсрочено плащане се прилага само за етап КС "Нова Провадия" при намален процент на дължимото оскъпяване за целия 24-месечен период в размер на 2,00 % в Доп. спор. 2. Изменя се текста на т. 4 от Доп. споразумение №1 за условията, при които се извършва плащане на данъчната основа на фактурите по т. 4.1.2 за етапа. Премахва се текста от т.3 на Доп. споразумение № 1 за етап КС "Нова Провадия". Страните се споразумяха за етап КС "Нова Провадия" да бъде извършено предсрочно плащане на дължимата сума по данъчна основа на издадените към настоящия момент фактури в размер на 54 613 513,79 евро без ДДС в срок от 10 работни дни от датата на подписване на Доп. споразумение № 2.
