         Да е изпълнил дейности, сходни по естество и обем с предмета на поръчката (минимум една доставка) и отговарящи на обособената позиция – доставки на резервни части за зарядни станции за последните 3 (три) години, считано от датата на подаване на офертата.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         Участникът декларира съответствието на критериите за подбор за технически и професионални способности чрез представяне и попълване на информацията в ЕЕДОП. В случаите по чл. 67, ал. 5 от ЗОП и/или чл. 112, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП се представя списък на доставките, идентични или сходни с предмета на обществената поръчка, с посочване на стойности, дати и получатели, и се прилага доказателство за извършената доставка.

         Гаранцията за изпълнение на договора е в размер на 1 % (един процент) от стойността на договора. Гаранцията за изпълнение от 1 % от стойността на договора следва да е със срок на валидност не по-кратък от 2 месеца след приключването на срока на договора. Гаранцията за изпълнение може да бъде представена в една от следните форми:

         (1) банкова гаранция; (2) парична сума, внесена по сметка на "Столичен електротранспорт" ЕАД; (3) застраховка, която обезпечава изпълнението чрез покритие на отговорността на изпълнителя.

         Със средства на възложителя. Аванс не се допуска! Начин на плащане, разсрочено - до 30 (тридесет) календарни дни от получаване на стоката и след подписване на приемо-предавателен протокол без възражение от Възложителя.
