Supervision of Works and FOPIP for Construction Works for Wastewater Collection and Treatment System in the City of Čačak

Description: The overall objective to which this action contributes is to support implementation of the Green Agenda in the Republic of Serbia. The purpose of this contract is improvement of infrastructure for climate change and environmental protection through supervision of construction of wastewater collection and treatment system in the City of Čačak and strengthening the capacities of the institutions to manage environmental investments. The Contractor shall undertake all duties of the Engineer as specified in the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design Build ("Yellow Book", FIRST EDITION 1999), carry out professional supervision of the works in accordance with the Law on Planning and Construction and other national legislation of the Republic of Serbia and provide technical assistance to improve the financial and operational performance of the Public Utility Company.
