Technical Assistance for Enhancement of the Institutional Capacity of Turkish Electricity Distribution Corporation (TEDAŞ) on Live Line Maintenance in line with EU Standards and Practices

Description: The main objective is to enhance efficiency and reliability of the Turkish electricity distribution system (TEDS) through strengthening technical capacity and standardization in line with EU practices. The contractor will provide technical assistance to the Turkish Electricity Distribution Corporation (TEDAŞ) covering services such as; • Building the institutional capacity for Live Line Maintenance (LLM) in TEDAŞ by conducting on-site and desk analyses, feasibility, requirement and cost-benefit analysis, developing strategy and roadmap, knowledge transfer plan, technical & operational procedures and training of trainers on LLM in an EU country with practical field applications and theoretical courses, • Institutionalization of LLM Practices in TEDS through preparation of legislation, manuals, design and procurement documents for building works of LLM training center as well as preparation of LLM training course, including training curriculum, content, materials, etc.
