         van Zeebrugge tot voorwerp.

         Het personenvervoer is seizoensgebonden en heeft een periodiek karakter.

         De afstand tussen de gangway van het cruiseschip (Zweedse Kaai) en het Terminalgebouw bedraagt 1 km.

         De totale duur van de overeenkomst mag een termijn van 8 jaar niet overschrijden.
