          Het project omvat één voorwaardelijk deel de Broekstraat, motivatie:

          - Omwille van het feit dat de nutsmaatschappijen nog aan hun werken dienen te starten kan het zijn dat hun werken niet tijdig klaar geraken.

          - Afhankelijk van de werken van de nutsmaatschappijen kan het zijn dat de voetpaden al volledig dienen hersteld te worden door de nutsmaatschappijen zelf waardoor een heraanleg niet aan de orde is.

          Indien het voorwaardelijk gedeelte dient uitgevoerd te worden zal hiervoor een apart aanvangsbevel gegeven worden aan de opdrachtnemer.

          De aanbestedende overheid is nooit verplicht om het voorwaardelijke gedeelte te bestellen.
