         Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la maintenance préventive et curative des installations de détection et d’alarme incendie équipant diverses implantations en Région wallonne, et ce suivant la norme S21-100. Devront être assurées les prestations d’entretien des installations ainsi que de dépannage et de réparation nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des équipements.

         L’accord-cadre est conclu au bénéfice du pouvoir adjudicateur qui, en ce qui concerne passe des commandes à l’adjudicataire au fur et à mesure de ses besoins, selon les conditions techniques et administratives du cahier spécial des charges et de tout document lié au présent marché.

         Le présent marché est un marché de services divisé en 3 lots pouvant être attribués séparément :

         Lot 2 : Installations de marque Bemac

         Lot 3 : Installations de marques diverses hors DEF Belgium
