          Looptijd:

          De looptijd van deze raamovereenkomst bedraagt 48 maanden vanaf het moment van sluiting van de overeenkomst. Het totaal bestelbedrag over de volledige periode over alle percelen heen wordt beperkt tot EUR 600.000,00 excl. 6% btw of 636.000,00 incl 6% btw, wat het eerst wordt bereikt.

          De indicatieve maximumwaarden per perceel zijn als volgt:

          - Perceel 1: EUR 40.000,00 excl.

          - Perceel 2: EUR 40.000,00 excl.

          - Perceel 3: EUR 50.000,00 excl.

          - Perceel 4: EUR 50.000,00 excl.

          - Perceel 5: EUR 420.000,00 excl.

          Verantwoording:

          Het aandeel van de stad Hasselt is veruit het groots met in principe kerstbomen met vaste afmetingen per perceel voor de ganse duur van de overenkomst. Deze zullen ook gebruikt worden als standaard voor de gunningscriteria.

          Er is vrij concrete interesse voor afname door Diepenbeek en Zonhoven. De afmetingen wijken echter gedeeltelijk af van de standaard percelen. Ook voor de andere gemeenten van MIDWEST-LIM, die later eventueel toetreden, is de kans reël dat deze maten, al dan niet sterk, afwijken van de standaard percelen. Daarom wordt er geopteerd voor een maximumbedrag over alle percelen heen. In de mate van het mogelijke zullen de afwijkende maten ingedeeld worden bij het perceel waarbij de afmeting het dichts/best aanleunt.

          De overeenkomst is op elk moment opzegbaar door zowel de aanbestedende overheid als de opdrachtnemer. De opzeggende partij dient een opzegtermijn van 90 kalenderdagen na te leven. Deze termijn vangt aan op de maandag volgend op de week waarin de betekening van het schrijven is gebeurd.

          Leveringstermijn:

          - Stad Hasselt: zie planning bij Technische bepalingen.

          Gemeenten MIDWEST-LIM: onderling af te spreken. De leverancier dient wel een maximum leveringstermijn voor elk perceel op te geven (in kalenderdagen).
