         Deze opdracht wordt in de markt gezet omdat de stad Gent parkeerhandhaving met scanwagens wil invoeren. De opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst met één dienstverlener voor de aanschaf, de implementatie, onderhoud en ondersteuning van hardware scanmodules en bijhorende software voor het controleren van de parkeerrechten van geparkeerde voertuigen.

         Deze hardware scanmodules dienen te worden gemonteerd op de door de stad Gent ter beschikking gesteld voertuigen. De hardware scanmodules moeten communiceren met de achterliggende backoffice software voor de beoordeling van de waarnemingen en de verwerking van de retributies. Deze backoffice software maakt geen deel uit van de opdracht.

         Daarnaast wordt ook nog gevraagd naar een data gedreven routeringssoftware en (optioneel) een resource planning tool voor de inplanning van het personeel.
