         De werken omvatten de uitbreiding van het gemeentelijk technisch instituut in de Rooienberg 20 te Duffel. Hiervoor dienen een woning en de huidige turnzaal afgebroken te worden. Er worden nadien twee nieuwbouw bouwblokken voorzien langsheen de Kasteelstraat en een vervangingsnieuwbouw op de plaats waar de turnzaal stond aan de zijde van de Rooienberg.Tegelijkertijd worden er renovatiewerken aan school "t Kompas voorzien. Het gaat hierbij om het vernieuwen van het buitenschrijnwerk. Deze school paalt aan de achterzijde aan de technische school.
