         Raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van brandstoffen en elektriciteit voor voertuigen d.m.v. tankkaarten/laadpassen

         De onderhavige opdracht betreft de levering van o.a. volgende brandstoffen d.m.v. tankkaarten aan de pomp:

          Diesel B7;

          Benzine 95 RON E10;

          Benzine 98 RON E5;

          Ad blue.

         Voor CNG, LPG en HVO-diesel (diesel XTL) wordt optioneel prijs gevraagd. (niet vereist, vrije optie)

         Tevens zal de leverancier laadpassen aanbieden, geschikt voor het elektrisch opladen van voertuigen en dit zowel publiek als privaat (bv. bij de gebruiker thuis, in zoverre dit mogelijk gemaakt wordt door de laadpuntexploitant (CPO) van de private laadinfrastructuur) via de bestaande laadinfrastructuur.

         Actueel (maart 2023) zijn er ca. 2 380 tankkaarten in omloop, waarmee een volume wordt bereikt van ca. 2 170 000 liter brandstof op jaarbasis (periode 01.03.2022 – 28.02.2023), verdeeld over ca. 80% diesel, 19% benzine en een kleine fractie (1%) ad blue, CNG en LPG.

         Op heden (maart 2023) is er slechts een zeer beperkt aantal laadpassen in omloop. Verwacht wordt wel dat, gezien de toenemende elektrificatie van het (bedrijfs)wagenpark, het aandeel aan elektrische laadpassen gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst zal toenemen.

         Voorziene start overeenkomst: 1 maart 2024.

          De vooropgestelde werkwijze en modaliteiten m.b.t. deze raamovereenkomst enerzijds en de werking van de aankoopcentrale CREAT anderzijds, worden toegelicht tijdens een vrijblijvende infosessie die plaatsvindt in onze kantoren te 9000 Gent, Stropstraat 1, concreet op maandag 31 JULI 2023 om 13u00.
