         Deze opdracht omvat de aankoop, levering en installatie inclusief onderhoudscontract van een neuronavigatietoestel voor de chirurgische ingrepen bij de diensten neurochirurgie en neus-keel-oor.

         Dit ter vervanging van het huidig toestel.

         Het aanbod dient zowel de hardware, de planningssoftware als de instrumentatie te bevatten - het toestel is werkzaam zowel voor craniale, spinale neurochirurgie en neus-, keel- en oorchirurgie.

         1. 1 Document uitgaande van erkend accountingkantoor of revisor (gelieve naam en ondernemingsnummer toe te voegen a.u.b.) met vermelding van Z-score (Altman) van de aanbiedende partij. Berekeningswijze in geval private onderneming: 0,717 x Werkkapitaal / Totale bezittingen + 0,847 x Totaal van ingehouden winsten / Totale bezittingen + 3,107 x Winst voor belastingen en interest (*) / Totale bezittingen + 0,420 x Boekwaarde van de bezittingen / Boekwaarde van de schulden + 0,998 x Omzet / Totale bezittingen. (*) indien er een verlies is, dient dit bedrag van een minteken te worden voorzien. De score dient bevestigd te worden door een erkend boekhouder of revisor, met vermelding van naam en erkenningsnummer.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         1. * Uit de behaalde score moet een gezonde financiële toestand blijken. Deze score dient dan ook hoger te zijn dan 1,8. Wanneer de score lager is, is een expliciete verklaring van de boekhouder / revisor vereist waarbij uitgelegd wordt waarom de score lager ligt en waarom dit geen probleem vormt voor de uitvoering van deze opdracht. De financiële diensten van de ziekenhuizen, zullen aan de hand van deze verklaring oordelen, of de ondernemer al dan niet verder kan weerhouden worden. In voorkomend

         geval dient de boekhouder / revisor ieder jaar bij het neerleggen van de jaarrekening een update van deze verklaring te geven én zal de aanbieder toch een borg van 5% stellen gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst. De Aanbestedende Overheid heeft, bij vaststelling van een lagere Z-score dan 1,8 tijdens de looptijd van het contract, steeds de mogelijkheid de overeenkomst kosteloos en met een nader af te spreken einddatum te verbreken en dit zonder enige schadevergoeding verschuldigd te zijn.
