         La présente procédure consiste dans la conclusion d’un marché de SERVICES pluriannuel (4 ans) ayant pour objet la prise en charge :

          de la maintenance préventive (périodicité déterminée en fonction de l’équipement) et de la conduite (régulation et pilotage de l’installation) ;

          de l’assistance (7j/7, 24/24) et du dépannage (endéans un délai de 4h, à compter de la demande d’intervention),

          des services de réparations éventuelles (maintenance curative non couverte par la maintenance annuelle préventive, et hors assistance/dépannage endéans les 4h), voire de remplacement, pendant les heures ouvrables (en semaine, entre 8h et 16h),

          du contrôle et de l’amélioration,

         des installations HVAC (hors installations de climatisation de type splits et pompes de relevage) en fonctionnement sur les divers sites du SIAMU, afin de garantir le fonctionnement correct des installations, conformément à la législation en vigueur.
