         De diensten omvatten een diepgaande analyse van de uitdagingen die gepaard gaan met de elektrificatie van bestelwagens en vrachtwagens. De resultaten van deze opdracht dienen als een onderbouwing van het toekomstig beleid van de Vlaamse Overheid ter ondersteuning van het emissievrij maken van het wegtransport om de Vlaamse milieu- en klimaatdoelstellingen te bereiken. Daarnaast dragen de resultaten bij aan het informeren van beleidsmakers, overheden, ondernemers en burgers.

         Er wordt gewerkt met 3 werkpakketten. Werkpakket 1 wordt opgeleverd in drie vormen: onderzoeksrapport, interactieve kaarten en in brochures. Werkpakket 2 omvat de opmaak van flankerend beleid en acties voor betrokken sectoren en bouwt verder op de inzichten uit werkpakket 1. Werkpakket 3 omvat de communicatie met de stakeholders en management van de opdracht en valt deels samen met de twee andere werkpakketten.
