         1. Enkel voor perceel 1, perceel 2, perceel 3: De uit te voeren verplaatsingen zijn ongeregelde diensten die uitsluitend voorbehouden zijn aan ondernemers die beschikken over een machtiging tot het exploiteren van ongeregeld bezoldigd vervoer van personen. De inschrijver moet opgenomen zijn in het overzicht van de vervoerondernemingen gevestigd in België die gemachtigd zijn met autocars internationaal en nationaal ongeregeld vervoer en internationaal geregeld vervoer te verrichten. Indien de onderneming om gelijk welke reden uit dit overzicht verdwijnt, wordt de overeenkomst onmiddellijk ontbonden.

         2. Enkel voor perceel 2, perceel 3: Het aantal autobussen met telkens een beschrijving van de autobussen (uitrusting) die de dienstverlener kan inzetten voor het uitvoeren van de opdracht. Enkel bussen waarvan iedere zitplaats een veiligheidsgordel heeft, worden in beschouwing genomen.

         1. Gedurende de volledige looptijd van de opdracht dient de onderneming in dit overzicht vermeld te staan.

         2. Minstens vermelding van capaciteit bus en constructiejaar. Voor het perceel "uitstappen" moet de bus minstens volgende voorzieningen hebben: kombuis/WC, automatische airconditioning, veiligheidsgordels, licht getinte ruiten, audiosysteem, DVD-speler, microfoon.
