         Cet appel à projet vise la construction ou la rénovation d’immeuble(s) comprenant des logements dits « conventionnés » et éventuellement d’autres affectations à prix libres (logements, commerces etc). Les projets présentés, conciliant une qualité architecturale exemplaire, une haute qualité environnementale et le respect du tissu urbain, devront s’inscrire dans une démarche volontariste en matière de développement durable et s’implanter dans des quartiers auxquels ils pourront apporter des fonctions complémentaires susceptibles d’en améliorer la qualité de vie et l’équilibre urbain ou constituer en eux-mêmes des quartiers de ville. Un des objectifs de cet appel à projets est de créer sur le territoire de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale un effet de levier dans la rénovation de quartiers dont l’investissement en logements est déficient afin de participer à la politique sociale du logement.
