         * Le DUME, par lequel l"opérateur économique déclare qu’il ne se trouve pas dans une des situations d’exclusion visées aux articles 67 à 69 de la loi du 17 juin 2016.

         Le DUME, par lequel l"opérateur économique déclare qu"il satisfait aux critères de sélection suivants :

         1. Afin de satisfaire au critère de capacité économique et financière, le soumissionnaire devra avoir un chiffre d’affaires global, portant sur le dernier exercice, de :

         - 100.000 EUR HTVA pour le lot 1 ;

         - 100.000 EUR HTVA pour le lot 2.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         1. A la demande de l’Adjudicateur, à tout moment de la procédure, et au plus tard, avant la désignation de l’adjudicataire, le soumissionnaire devra pouvoir prouver que son chiffre d’affaires global, portant sur le dernier exercice, est de 100.000 EUR pour le lot 1 et 100.000 EUR pour le lot 2. La preuve est apportée par une déclaration concernant le chiffre d’affaires global de l’entreprise faisant l"objet du marché, portant sur le dernier exercice disponible, en fonction de la date de création de l"entreprise ou du début d"activités de l"opérateur économique, dans la mesure où les informations sur ces chiffres d"affaires sont disponibles.

         En cas de remise d’offres pour les deux lots, le soumissionnaire devra avoir un chiffre d’affaires global, portant sur le dernier exercice, du maximum des minimas demandés, soit 100.000 EUR HTVA.
