        Dans le cadre de leurs activités, les Intercommunales wallonnes du secteur de l’eau sont dans l’obligation de remplir leurs engagements en matière d’énergie ou se sont volontairement engagées à réduire les consommations d’énergies et diminuer les émissions de gaz à effet de serres liées à leur activité.

        Elles se fixent des objectifs et s’engage notamment à :

        • améliorer l’efficience du fonctionnement des ouvrages existants ;

        • maîtriser la consommation énergétique en la réduisant de 2% par an, via :

        • l’amélioration des process ;

        • l’optimisation des performances énergétiques des équipements ;

        • le développement du recours aux énergies renouvelables.

        Les adhérents confient aux prestataires, la mission relative à la réalisation d’audits d’efficacité énergétique sur leurs sites d’exploitation selon la méthodologique décrite dans le présent cahier spécial des charges. Ils seront proportionnés, représentatifs selon les critères de l’obligation d’audit des grandes entreprises, conformément au décret wallon du 26 mai 2016 modifiant le décret du 9 décembre 1993 relatif aux aides et aux interventions de la Région wallonne pour la promotion de l’utilisation rationnelle de l’énergie, des économies d’énergie et des énergies renouvelables.
