         De opdrachtnemer voert algemeen en zonder beperking het technisch beheer (bewaking, bediening en actief beheer) en onderhoud uit van de HVAC- en sanitaire installaties zodat de diensten verzekerd zijn waarvoor zij bestemd zijn in de beste voorwaarden van comfort, veiligheid, doelmatigheid en energieverbruik.

         De opdrachtgever is tevens op zoek naar een methode om de site duurzamer te maken in energieverbruik, onderhoud en beheer en zoekt daarvoor opdrachtnemers die naast het Preventief Onderhoud (PO) en Curatief Onderhoud gestimuleerd worden om creatieve en kwaliteitsvolle maatregelen met energetische optimalisatie voor te stellen en uit te voeren.

         De projecten betreffende energetische optimalisatie zullen aanzien worden als een resultaatsverbintenis waarbij verwacht wordt dat de opdrachtnemer garanties zal geven aan de opdrachtgever betreffende de energiebesparingen en/of –opbrengsten, zie ook verder in dit bestek.

         1. De lijst bestaat minimaal uit volgende referenties:

         Perceel 1:

         - 3 opdrachten waarop de opdracht betrekking heeft (onderhoudscontract van HVAC-installaties) met een minimale waarde van EUR 1.000.000,00 incl. btw

         - 3 opdrachten waarop de opdracht betrekking (onderhoudscontract van HVAC-installaties) heeft in een ziekenhuis en met een minimale waarde van EUR 500.000,00 incl. btw

         Perceel 2:

         - 3 opdrachten van sanitaire werken of onderhoudscontracten van sanitair met een minimale waarde van EUR 300.000,00 incl. btw

         Perceel 3:

         - 3 opdrachten waarop de opdracht betrekking heeft (onderhoudscontract van HVAC-installaties) met een minimale waarde van EUR 500.000,00 incl. btw

         - 3 opdrachten waarop de opdracht betrekking heeft (onderhoudscontract van HVAC-installaties) in een complexe technische omgeving (labo’s, animalaria, onderzoeksinfrastructuur of ziekenhuizen) en met een minimale waarde van EUR 300.000,00 incl. btw

         De opgegeven referenties mogen overlappen voor de gevraagde minimumeisen en over de percelen heen.

         Gelieve per referentie minimaal onderstaande info toe te voegen:

         2. De gemiddelde jaarlijkse personeelsbezetting van de onderneming was

         Perceel 1:

         - minimaal 300 tijdens de laatste drie kalenderjaren.

         - minimaal 30 tijdens de laatste drie kalenderjaren.

         Perceel 3:

         - minimaal 30 tijdens de laatste drie kalenderjaren.

         In het geval de kandidaat een aanvraag tot deelneming indient voor meerdere percelen, dient zij enkel te voldoen aan het hoogst aantal minimaal gevraagde personeelsbezetting.

         Vb:

         • Indien de kandidaat een aanvraag tot deelneming voor perceel 1 en perceel 2 indient, dient zij tijdens de laatste drie kalenderjaren een personeelsbezetting te hebben van minimaal 300.

         • Indien de kandidaat een aanvraag tot deelneming voor perceel 2 en perceel 3 indient, dient zij tijdens de laatste drie kalenderjaren een personeelsbezetting te hebben van minimaal 30.

         De kandidaat toont dit aan d.m.v. een neergelegde jaarrekening, een attest van het sociaal secretariaat of een verklaring op eer.

      - De technische complexiteit van de installaties vereist een grondige kennis van de installaties en een know how die de opdrachtnemer slechts na lange tijd verwerft.
