          Le présent marché est divisé en :

          - 1 tranche ferme : location d’une source radioactive de cobalt-60 de haute activité neuve pendant 120 mois

          ET

          - 1 tranche conditionnelle : prolongation de la location de la source radioactive de cobalt-60 de haute activité neuve pendant 60 mois supplémentaires

          Au terme, soit de la tranche ferme, soit de la tranche conditionnelle, l’adjudicataire sera tenu de démanteler/enlever l’installation selon les normes en vigueur à la fin de la tranche considérée.

          Le pouvoir adjudicateur ne s’engage que sur la tranche ferme. La tranche conditionnelle ne sera exécutée que sur notification expresse du pouvoir adjudicateur. Le soumissionnaire quant à lui, par la remise de son offre qui porte obligatoirement sur les deux tranches, s’engage à exécuter tant la tranche ferme que la tranche conditionnelle.
