1. support evaluations or impact assessments in line with the commitment to better regulation in the fields of customs and taxation (lot 1);

2. assess of the complete and conform transposition of EU directives into national law, the correct application of TAXUD’s acquis and related or ad-hoc consultancy legal studies (lot 2).
