    VRT is momenteel op zoek naar één uitvoerder per perceel die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het leveren van alle nodige (verbruiks)goederen en artikelen voor de catering in eigen beheer, van perceel 1 tot en met 7. Bovendien voorziet VRT ook enkele non-food percelen, waaronder het leveren van smartfridges, kassasystemen, horecamateriaal en gebruiksmaterialen voor voeding en ook tijdelijke ondersteuning in de keuken. (Perceel 8 tem 13)
    
    De uitvoerder zal dus een cruciale rol spelen bij het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de cateringdiensten van VRT. Door te zorgen voor een constante aanvoer van hoogwaardige producten en apparatuur, kan de uitvoerder bijdragen aan het succes van deze belangrijke taak.

1. Conditions for participation:
  1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

    * Overeenkomstig de Belgische overheidsopdrachtenreglementering heeft de aanbestedende overheid, in elke fase van de gunningsprocedure, de mogelijkheid om de kandidaat/inschrijver uit te sluiten die, bij wijze van een in kracht van gewijsde gegane strafrechtelijke uitspraak veroordeeld werd voor een misdrijf dat zijn professionele integriteit aantast.
    
    De niet-naleving van strafrechtelijk sanctioneerbare milieu- en sociale wetgeving kan worden geacht een misdrijf te zijn dat de professionele integriteit aantast. Van zodra deze wordt vastgelegd in een in kracht van gewijsde gegaan vonnis of arrest kan deze worden aangewend als uitsluitingsgrond, ongeacht de stand van de procedure.
    
    Onder sociale wetgeving wordt onder meer verstaan:
    
    - het decreet van 10 juli 2008 houdende een kader voor het Vlaamse gelijkekansen- en gelijkebehandelingsbeleid; de wet van 10 mei 2007 ter bestrijding van bepaalde vormen van discriminatie, de wet van 10 mei 2007 tot wijziging van de wet van 30 juli 1981 tot bestraffing van bepaalde, door racisme of xenofobie ingegeven daden en de wet van 10 mei 2007 ter bestrijding van discriminatie tussen vrouwen en mannen;
    
    - de wet van 4 augustus 1996 betreffende het welzijn van de werknemers bij de uitvoering van hun werk, meer bepaald hoofdstuk Vbis. Bijzondere bepalingen betreffende geweld, pesterijen en ongewenst seksueel gedrag op het werk.
    
    * Door in te schrijven op deze opdracht verklaart de inschrijver zich niet in een toestand van uitsluiting te bevinden, zoals bedoeld in artikels 67 tot en met 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende overheidsopdrachten.

- Perceel 8 “Levering van koffieautomaten en bijhorende diensten (full operating service)”

- Perceel 9 “Levering van slimme koelkasten (frisdrank , snoep en maaltijden)”

- Perceel 10 “Aanvullende dienstverlening omtrent VRT catering”

- Perceel 13 “Levering van kassatoestellen, met inbegrip van hardware, software en IT-onderhoud en bijpassende functionaliteiten”

Hierbij zal VRT een rondgang maken langs een aantal diensten in het omroepcentrum aan de Auguste Reyerslaan 52 in Brussel om een algemeen beeld te geven per perceel.

Op 25 mei 2023. Tijdens het plaatsbezoek nemen maximaal 2 deelnemers per inschrijver deel voor één rondgang van max. 3 uren. Dit zal plaatsvinden op 25 mei 2023 van 13u tot 16u.

De inschrijver stuurt een bevestiging van zijn aanwezigheid naar Johan.Degraef@vrt.be
