         En vue d’établir sa capacité financière et économique, tout soumissionnaire fournit :

         - La déclaration concernant le chiffre d’affaires global, portant sur les trois derniers exercices disponibles en fonction de la date de création de l’entreprise ou du début d’activités de l’opérateur économique, dans la mesure où les informations sur ces chiffres d’affaires sont disponibles

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         Une déclaration attestant d’un chiffre d’affaires global supérieur ou égal à :

         - 500.000€ HTVA pour le soumissionnaire qui postule pour le lot 1 (Publications) et ce, pour chacun des 3 derniers exercices comptables,

         - 250.000€ HTVA pour le soumissionnaire qui postule pour le lot 2 (Documents de correspondance) et ce, pour chacun des 3 derniers exercices comptables.

         Le soumissionnaire qui souhaite remettre une offre pour les 2 lots fournira la déclaration d’un chiffre d’affaires global supérieur ou égal à 750.000€ HTVA pour chacun des 3 derniers exercices comptables.

         Le soumissionnaire démontre qu’il a presté des services en lien avec l’objet du/des lot(s) soumissionné(s) auprès d’au moins 3 clients, dont le montant total cumulé s’élève au minimum à :

         - 100.000 € HTVA pour le soumissionnaire qui postule pour le lot 1 (Publications) ;

         - 50.000 € HTVA pour le soumissionnaire qui postule pour le lot 2 (Documents de correspondance)
