The tenderer shal have minimum average annual construction Turnover of at least Tk. 100.00 Lac (One crore) over the last three [03] financial years or best three [03] years in the last five [05] financial years. 3. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shal be Tk. 70.00 Lac (Seventy Lac).
