Eligibility of Tenderer : : Tenderer from outside of Bangladesh shall have experience of successfully completing at least Two (02) contract (s) that is similar to the proposed contract where the Tenderer’s participation (as single entity or leading partner/partner of JVCA or management contractor or subcontractor) of an EPC/Turnkey contract shall be minimum BDT 500.00 Lac or 416667.00 USD Or Equivalent outside the Tenderer’s own country during the last ten (10) years. Years counting backward from the publication of IFT in the newspaper. The similarity of the Tenderer’s participation shall be based on the physical size of at least 100 MMSCFD capacity Customer Metering Station (CMS)/ District Regulating Station (DRS)/ City Gate Station (CGS)/ Regulating & Metering Station (RMS)/ Town Border Station (TBS) on EPC/ Turnkey basis. Or Tenderer from Bangladesh shall have experience of successfully completing at least Two (02) contract (s) that is similar to the proposed contract where the Tenderer’s participation (as single entity or leading partner/ partner of JVCA or management contractor or subcontractor) of an EPC/ Turnkey contract shall be minimum BDT 500.00 Lac or Equivalent during the last ten (10) years.
