INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
Eligibility of Tenderer : : a) A minimum number of years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services shall be 03 (Three) years. b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Chemicals) of at least 2 (Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 75,00,000/- (Seventy-Five Lakh Taka). c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk 1,50,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Fifty Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website. d) The Tenderer should have valid updated Trade License, Valid VAT Certificate, Valid TIN Certificate, should be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, should submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGCB Procurement Policy 2015, Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2008. N.B. (1) Years counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT in e-GP web portal. (2) Successful tenderer shall have to sign a Framework Contract for a period of one (01) year from the Date of "Contract Signing"
